Seniors Yoga

Seniors yoga is designed to improve flexibility, strength and balance to decrease the chance of falls. The seniors will learn different standing and sitting poses (asana) which will help improve the mobility of their joints and suppleness in their spine. These poses will also regulate their blood pressure and enhance their immunity.  The deep breathing techniques will also enhance qi circulation.

The small group setting (up to a maximum of 5 seniors per class) allow seniors to receive the necessary attention for safe execution of the poses. Each lesson is 1 hour.
